1. How do I know what size to choose?
You can check the handy Sizes Guides and view our Size Chart on the product page for easy reference.
2. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
Feel free to contact our Customer Care Team if you want to change or cancel your order with your order and request details. Please note that you can only change your order before shipping out.
About Shipping
1. What are the carriers?
Your parcel will be carried by carriers like SF Express, 4PX, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
2. What the delivery company you use?
We have USPS, DHL, E-Packet, EMS, FedEx, Aramex, JCEX, etc.
Attention: The shipping confirmation/notification will be updated with you via email when your orders are fulfilled.
3. How long does it to take for processing an order?
If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-4 working days to prepare for that.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, the tracking number will be updated to your inbox automatically, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company. Please ensure you leave the correct email to the tracking number.
